What started out as a loose idea on a night when I couldn't sleep (which happens quite frequently) became all this! (which doesn't happen that frequently XD)
By far the most challenging painting for me this far. I experimented a lot, and had to try out a lot of new techniques.
The picture contains no pre-made textures. Which means that I've hand-drawn every single scale. I estimate that this took about 20 hours to draw, all in all.
