Do not meddle in a Dragon's affairs, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
The horn's seem flat (compared to the rest of the body) Don't be afraid to add "multiply" layers and shade them even more.
It doesn't matter if you want them to be white/lighter shaded, it'll just add depth (and won't wreck the colours)
Same with the other bone-like areas. They could use some extra shadow.
And with the background, it looks like an overlay/standard/etc layer - try switching that to multiply (for future reference). That'll make it the same, but not so "covering" the edges of the picture/character/body (and fading it out like that, especially near the head there.)
I'm not sure how many layers you're using, but at the bottom of the picture (near Morti's feet) the shadow overlays the claws/foot area(s). This could just be general shadows, but I think it would look better to have the shadow behind the feet/legs and also add a lot of highlights.
Well, yeah, anyways. That's it. Other than that, you have the anatomy spot on and I can really see the physical structure of Morthuaris.
